Men's Breakfast

Our monthly Men’s Breakfast provides a welcome opportunity for a good time of informal chat to get the weekend off to a relaxing start. Add in the top-quality ‘Full Scottish’ (other dietary options available!) and it’s a much-enjoyed event, for both those connected with the church and others they know. It was started following the realisation that many men have few opportunities for this kind of interaction with others, given the pressures of the working week and the fact that many these days are self-employed and their typical week can be a fairly isolated time. To add some food for thought as well as stomachs, we are attempting to provide a response to a whole host of questions raised by attendees in the form of ’The 5-minute answer’. This is offered by one of the ‘regulars’ and it usually leads to further group discussion.
